Sleeve logo digitising

Sleeves give you a narrow window and a curved surface, so the design usually has to be re-stacked to run along the arm instead of across it.

Numbers above are typical, not promises — the design decides. You get the actual figures in the quote before any work starts.

Working inside a narrow window

A sleeve gives you roughly two to three inches of width before the hoop starts pulling the seam in. That usually means turning a horizontal logo into a stacked or vertical arrangement. We do the re-stack as part of the job and keep the proportions of the original mark, so it still reads as the same brand sitting next to the chest logo.

Hooping and stability

Sleeve frames hold less fabric, so the file has to be gentler: lighter underlay, shorter fill runs, no long unsupported satin. We keep the total count down for the same reason. A heavy sleeve design puckers even with good backing.

What lands in your inbox

The stitch file in whichever formats you asked for, a printable worksheet with the colour sequence and stitch count, and a flat preview image you can forward to your client. Ask for the editable source and you get that too, at no extra cost — it is your design.
