Pricing
Nothing here is a lead-generation number that grows once you send the artwork. If a job costs more than the tier price we say so in the quote, with the reason, before anyone commits.
Embroidery digitising
$7per design
Polos, shirts, fleece, softshells. Up to about 3.5 x 2 inches.
$8per design
Digitised for a cap driver: bottom-up, centre-out, seam avoided.
$15and up
Nine to twelve inches. Price depends on colours and detail, quoted before we start.
Sequence logos
A sequence logo is one where the colour order does real work — layering for coverage, keeping the machine from changing thread more often than the design requires, and putting the trims where they will not leave a tail on the face of the garment.
$10starting at
A two-thread mark digitised as a proper sequence, trims kept to a minimum.
$15starting at
Four threads, ordered so the machine changes as few times as the design allows.
Vector art
$10from
A clean, scalable rebuild of an existing logo. AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and CDR together.
$15from
For artwork too far gone to convert: low-res JPEGs, faxes, photos of signage.
Everything else
Complex designs get a written custom quote before any work starts. The number we send is the number you pay.
File formats are never charged separately. Ask for six and you get six.
Revisions are unlimited on every tier until the design runs clean on your machine.
Bulk and account pricing available once you are sending regular work. Just ask.
First job is paid up front — normal in both directions when two shops have not worked together before. After that we invoice weekly or monthly, whichever suits your bookkeeping. PayPal, Wise and bank transfer all work.
Once you are sending regular work the per-design price comes down and we can set up a standing brief — your default formats, your usual fabrics, your naming convention — so you stop repeating yourself on every order. Just ask.
Next step
Tier prices are a guide. Send the artwork and you will get a firm figure and a delivery time, in writing, before anything starts.
Or email orders@zbpunch.com — orders taken 24/7 — someone is on chat almost all day.
