Cap logo
Six-panel cap, two-colour arch
Sequenced bottom-up and centre-out so the arch stayed in register across the seam. The wordmark was re-stacked from the client's flat artwork to fit 2.25in of usable height.

Small text set by hand at 4mm cap height with a single centre-run underlay. Counters widened to survive pull-in on the knit.

Eleven inches wide, so the file ships split with registration marks. Pull compensation applied per element rather than globally.

How to read these
The stitch count is the honest number.
Every job on this page lists what it actually came out at. A left chest between four and seven thousand stitches is a properly built file; anything claiming two thousand has dropped detail or starved the fill. We aim for the lowest count that still holds up after twenty washes, and we tell you the figure so you can price your run.
