What to send

The artwork
Any format, any quality. A phone photo of a business card is a normal starting point, not a problem.
The finished width
In inches or millimetres. This matters more than any other single number.
The garment or fabric
Pique polo, fleece, softshell, terry, twill cap. It changes the file more than the size does.
Your machine's format
DST, PES, EMB, JEF and 8 more. Not sure? Say the brand and model and we will work it out.
What happens next
You get a written price and a delivery time, usually inside twenty minutes during working hours. If the logo has a problem that will show up in thread, you hear about it then — before you commit, not after you have paid. Nothing starts until you say go.
